Private 1-1 antenatal and baby massage classes are conducted in your own home at times that are convenient for you and your family, whether that is during the day, evenings or weekends with a 24 hour helpline.
Group antenatal and baby massage classes are at various locations around Lincolnshire. Currently including Cranwell, Coningsby, Witham St Hughs, North Hykeham and Birchwood.

Adult massage, from a simple hand/foot massage to full body massage. All conducted in the privacy of your own home where you can remain relaxed instead of having to drive home afterwards.

Early Antenatal Classes
I provide a professional service for women, babies and families offering early antenatal classes to equip you for the coming months of pregnancy and the changes you are likely to experience. Simple By Nature is one of the few providers of antenatal education to offer early classes from 12 weeks of pregnancy.This is because I feel that it is important for new parents to be aware of the changes and challenges ahead, what to expect and what is “normal”.

Baby Massage Classes
Baby massage classes are a fabulous way to learn about your baby and find new ways to communicate with each other. You will also kearn how to soothe a distressed baby, and to help relieve trapped wind, colic and constipation. Classes available from birth to approximately 1 year. Weighing scales available at all classes to monitor your baby's weight.

Antenatal Classes
To learn and prepare for the end of your pregnancy, labour, birth and the first weeks with your baby available from 32 weeks. Classes are organic in nature in that the parents can lead them into directions of their choosing. You will also be given the opportunity to discuss specific subjects that may be of interest to you
